Please read all the points listed below to avoid any confusion
Charges
For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered (i.e., you want a different size/color though the order matched the invoice), a reverse shipping fee of ₹200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, or product originally ordered, as well as defected products.
We will only return and exchange NAQAB. NOSE PIECE, KHIMAR and STALL cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that products priced below ₹999/ will also not be returned or exchanged.
Time
The whole process of Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 7–10 working days.
Customers are requested to wait at least 7–10 days after picking up their order, after which our QC team will verify the validity of the claim and initiate the exchange or refund.
These timelines may vary if there is a weekend, festival, courier company strike, or national holiday.
Note
- It is mandatory to share photos of the product received from 4–5 angles if you are applying for an exchange or return.
- Exchanges and returns must be raised within 3-4 days of delivery. After that they will not be entertained.
- The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and SMS at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
- Requests rejected once will not be entertained again via Instagram DM, mail, helpline, etc.
For faster processing, please share your order number, product photos (4–5 angles), brief description of the issue, and preferred resolution (exchange/refund).
How to raise an Exchange or Return
- Open your order details on our website or message us on Instagram with order number and photos.
- Or simply click the email button below to send your request to our support team.
- Our team will review within 48–72 hours and reply with next steps and pickup details (if applicable).
Refund Method & FAQs
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Once processed, refund posting time depends on the bank/wallet/courier and may take additional 3–7 working days.
Q: What if the item is defective?
A: Share clear photos (4–5 angles). If verified, we will offer a free exchange or full refund.
Q: Can I exchange for a different product?
A: Yes — exchanges depend on stock availability. If the replacement product costs more, we will inform you of the price difference. If it costs less, you will receive the balance as refund.
Q: Who pays return shipping?
A: For incorrect/defective deliveries, return shipping is on us. For customer-initiated exchanges of a correct order, a reverse shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged.
